InTech is looking for a 3D Printing QA/Assembly person.

The Position: 

This is a full time position.  

Hours

• Week 1 – Training 5:30am – 2pm 

• Week 2 – Training 6am – 2:30pm

• Week 3 – Training 5am – 1:30pm

• permanent schedule after training is complete – 4:30pm – 1am Monday through Friday

Pay

• $14.00 / Hour & $1.00 night shift differential pay = $15.00/ hour.

 

 

 

Purpose of Job: Inspect and assemble VTM/3D Printing dental products for shipment release in correspondence with the company’s ISO/FDA quality management system.

 

 

Essential Job Functions:

• Perform the assembling of the dental articulators.

• Remove dental products from the platforms.

• Visually inspect dental products per work instructions.

• Label dental shipping boxes.

• Cut corners on bags for shipping dental products.

• Daily set up of company “shelves” to keep organization of companies’ dental shipping orders.

 

Essential Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Perform the assembling of the dental articulators.

• Remove dental products from the platforms.

• Visually inspect dental products per work instructions.

• Label dental shipping boxes.

• Cut corners on bags for shipping dental products.

• Daily set up of company “shelves” to keep organization of companies’ dental shipping orders.

• Keep stock of dental supplies and dental shipping supplies at work stations.

• Back up in performing batch paperwork.

• Back up in performing scrap and run-to-rate paperwork

• Clean work area daily.

• May need to perform job-related activities, as required or assigned.

• Assist in other areas as needed per team lead.

• Must have attention to detail.

• Must be attentive and able to take direction.

• Must be proficient in the use of inspection and measuring equipment.

• Must have good mathematical skills.

• Must have good written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be able to work as a cooperative team member in the VTM quality group.

• Must be able to interact with co-workers courteously and professionally.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Must be able to read and understand English
