MICRO MOLDING
The definition of Micro Molding varies across the plastics industry, but usually refers to molding plastic components weighing under one gram. Parts will usually have “micro features” with dimensions measuring less than 5 thousandths of an inch. At In’Tech, we understand that the most critical components can also be the smallest!
Micro Molding is a tight tolerance molding process used to manufacture very small parts and components. We have the capabilities to produce minuscule parts with intricate details and features that would be impossible to manufacture by other means.

Micro molding is extremely useful in the medical industry, where micro molded parts are used in surgical devices and other applications. The micro molding process is also very popular in electronics and other industries, where trends continue toward "smaller is better" manufacturing.
