In’Tech: Pioneering the Future of 3D Printing

The world of manufacturing is rapidly evolving. At the forefront of this revolution is 3D printing. This groundbreaking technology is transforming how we design, prototype, and produce everything from intricate medical devices to robust aerospace components.

At In'Tech Industries, we're not just keeping pace with this change, we're leading the way. With our cutting-edge 3D printing capabilities, advanced materials expertise, and unwavering commitment to precision, we're empowering businesses to bring their most innovative ideas to life. Join us as we explore the limitless possibilities of 3D printing and how In'Tech is shaping the future of manufacturing.

Our 3D Printing Capabilities

In’Tech is a pioneer in additive manufacturing. We incorporated 3D printing into our services in 2001. Since then, we’ve continued to expand this rapidly advancing service and currently offer seven different 3D printing methods. Our expert team can handle a wide range of rapid prototyping and production projects.

SLA (Stereolithography)

SLA 3D printing is a fast, accurate process for the rapid prototyping of precise parts. It is the ideal choice for the manufacture of medical and dental products. Choose SLA for your next concept model, master pattern, large prototype, or investment casting pattern. We offer a range of resins and finishes.

PolyJet

PolyJet is a versatile 3D printing technique that produces a smooth, detailed part ready for its end application. If your part has complex geometries, intricate details, or delicate features, or you want to incorporate multiple colors or materials into a single build, PolyJet is an ideal choice. PolyJet printing can also be used to produce accurate molds, jigs, and fixtures for the manufacturing process.

FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling)

Fused deposition molding, or FDM, is a 3D printing technique that builds components layer by layer from thermoplastic filament. It is a good option for parts that require a final-product aesthetic or parts with complex shapes or intricate details. Like PolyJet, FDM can be used to produce manufacturing molds, jigs, and fixtures.

Figure 4®

Require same-day prototyping? Need hundreds of parts per month? Figure 4® 3D printing is the ideal option for you. Figure 4® is an ultra-fast additive 3D printing technique that can replace traditional molding and cast urethane processes. It is a fast, affordable, and versatile solution for concept models, plastic parts, jigs, fixtures, and other components.

SLS (Selective Laser Sintering)

Selective Laser Sintering, or SLS, provides high-speed, high-definition additive printing for parts that require fine features and smooth surfaces. SLS is ideal for large build volumes, parts with complex geometries, and durable prototypes.

DMLS (Direct Metal Laser Sintering)

Direct Metal Laser Sintering, or DMLS, is a 3D printing technique that uses metal as a medium. The technique can produce metal prototypes or production parts in a matter of hours. In’Tech prints in stainless steel, aluminum, Inconel, titanium, and cobalt chrome.

Urethane Casting

Our 3D printing shop also offer urethane casting. We start with a master SLA model to generate your RTV tools. We use only the finest-quality polyurethane resins to cast your parts, paying attention to the smallest details without cutting corners or sacrificing quality.

In’Tech Industries’ Materials Expertise

The In’Tech team has more than two decades of experience in the additive manufacturing industry. We have worked with hundreds of different materials from a wide variety of sources to find the highest-quality products. We understand how these materials behave in the most sensitive end applications, from medical devices to aerospace parts.

Our team will consult with you about your project and recommend materials that will perform well in challenging environments, stand up to complex geometries, and create the delicate features your components demand.

Our Commitment to Precision

In’Tech Industries has been in the precision manufacturing business since 1967. Our experienced team of expert engineers and technicians are committed to producing precisely machined, tooled, and printed parts on every project. We’ll work with you from concept to delivery to provide components that you can be confident are ready for use in their end applications.

Additive printing is a versatile and efficient process for fabricating components and rapid prototyping. Contact the In’Tech team today to learn more about our additive manufacturing services.
